I like to deal with acquisitions and assist companies in difficulties. I am also appointed by the court as a trustee in bankruptcies. It is nice to be able to assist an entrepreneur in the phase of buying and selling a company. My experience as a bankruptcy lawyer helps me with this because bankruptcy exposes all legal and financial problems of a company. This allows me to assist entrepreneurs in complex legal or financial processes and procedures. My motivation is to find the best solution for my client. That can be a procedure before the Supreme Court, but I prefer to look for a quick, practical solution with optimal results. My negotiation skills come in handy here.
