At TEN Advocaten, I work as a lawyer in the field of ‘real estate law’. In my practice, I deal with, among other things, tenancy law, construction law, and disputes regarding contracts for work, as well as environmental law, project development, and public procurement law.

Additionally, I advise and litigate in the areas of Owners’ Association law, property rights, and issues relating to real estate relationships. In this context, neighborhood law and enforcement issues within environmental law also regularly come up.

In addition to my work in real estate law, I am also active in general civil practice, enabling me to support clients in multiple areas of law.

Pelin completed her Master of Law at Tilburg University. Pelin also participated in the Tilburg University Honours Program (Topklas).
